The day selected in the booking engine will be the night of the overnight stay.
The times of the visit to the winery and the meal will be confirmed when the actual availability of the entire package is verified by Top Ribera del Duero and in agreement with the client.
It is advisable to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the visits.
Percentage required: 100%
100% of the total amount of the reservation will be required by POS (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.
The reservation will not be effective until the actual availability of the package is checked. In the event that there is no availability, we will refund the amount of your reservation.
Once the reservation has been made effective and 100% has been paid, cancellation by the client may entail the refund of part of the money paid, depending on when it occurs:
- Up to 2 weeks before: 50% refund.
- Up to 1 week before: 25% refund.
- During the last 7 days: No refund.
- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the booked places) will not be refunded.
Once the reservation has been processed, changes to the check-in or check-out date are only allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
