Two nights in a double room, one in BB and one in HB at HOTEL RURAL LAS BARONAS, a cozy and exclusive hotel located in Santa Cruz de la Salceda (Burgos) in a typical 17th century manor house, restored and equipped with all kinds of improvements aimed at enjoying your experience and for your maximum comfort.
Visit the only Museum of Aromas in Europe. In the "MUSEO DE LOS AROMAS", also located in Santa Cruz de la Salceda, you will find aromas of memory, aromas that heal, aromas that make you sick, aromas of danger, aromas of wine..., and so on up to a collection of 92 aromas with which to enjoy, remember and learn.
Visit to BODEGAS BELA, in Villalba de Duero (Burgos). An avant-garde winery, which stands grandly in the middle of the plain of the denomination, with a combination of wood and glass. Highlights include the underground barrel room, capable of housing up to 10,000 barrels, the winemaking warehouse and the tasting room.
Lunch at ASADOR CASA FLORENCIO, in Aranda de Duero (Burgos), based on the typical and famous roast lamb in an Aranda wood oven.
THEATRICAL VISIT TO THE HISTORIC DON CARLOS WINERY, in Aranda de Duero (Burgos) + RIBERA DEL DUERO WINE TASTING COURSE. We will begin by visiting the underground Medieval Wineries with a fun 18th century character, who will guide us through the history of the medieval wineries and the town of Aranda. And we will continue with a Tasting Course designed to introduce you to the world of tasting in a pleasant, simple and above all fun way. The winery's oenologist and sommelier will explain the basic principles of tasting and, through five wines, we will learn what the phases and components to analyse are: colours, aromas and flavours.
Dinner at RESTAURANTE AITANA, in Aranda de Duero (Burgos). We will enjoy a unique culinary experience with the Tasting Menu created by chef Valentín Monje. Four personalised starters followed by a main course to choose from sirloin, stew or the fish of the day. We will round off the experience with an irresistible dessert accompanied by coffee and liqueurs.

Cancelacion
The reservation will not be effective until the actual availability of the package is checked. In the event that there is no availability, we will refund the amount of your reservation.
Once the reservation has been made effective and 100% has been paid, cancellation by the client may entail the refund of part of the money paid, depending on when it occurs:
- Up to 2 weeks before: 50% refund.
- Up to 1 week before: 25% refund.
- During the last 7 days: No refund.
- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the booked places) will not be refunded.
