Embark on a visit to BODEGAS DOMINIO DE CAIR on a unique tasting experience that will immerse you in the deepest secrets of the Ribera del Duero. In the heart of the winery, between rows of oak barrels, you will discover the magic of wine aging, starting with a tasting of two wines in barrels that will reveal the nuances and aromas that develop in them. The visit ends with a tasting of Cair Cuvée, Selección La Aguilera and Tierras de Cair, accompanied by gourmet snacks (potato omelette, charcuterie board). Free tasting glass. BODEGAS DOMINIO DE CAIR, in La Aguilera (Burgos), was founded in 2002. The winery takes the external form of a steel and glass barrel; a distinguished exterior design with a careful and refined interior.
We will also visit BODEGAS RAIZ, in Roa de Duero (Burgos). During the EXPERIENCE AND WINE WITH THE 5 SENSES visit we will get to know the winery's facilities, we will take a walk with a glass in hand through the vineyard and we will also delight ourselves with the tasting of 2 barrel-aged wines in addition to 3 of their wines, accompanied by their Páramo de Guzmán cheese and local sausages. At Bodegas Raíz they have selected plots where the altitude and the richness of the soil create wines of great expression.
And we will enjoy a traditional Castilian menu at RESTAURANTE AITANA, a modern and cozy restaurant in Aranda de Duero: roast lamb in a wood oven, accompanied by green salad or baked potato, with Aranda blood sausage, roasted peppers and scrambled eggs with "things" as starters, young Ribera del Duero wine, water, dessert, coffee and liqueurs.

The schedules are indicative and will be confirmed at the time when the actual availability of the entire package is verified by Top Ribera del Duero and in agreement with the client.
It is advisable to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the visits.
Percentage required: 100%
100% of the total amount of the reservation will be required by POS (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.
The reservation will not be effective until the actual availability of the package is checked. In the event that there is no availability, we will refund the amount of your reservation.
Once the reservation has been made effective and 100% has been paid, cancellation by the client may entail the refund of part of the money paid, depending on when it occurs:
- Up to 2 weeks before: 50% refund.
- Up to 1 week before: 25% refund.
- During the last 7 days: No refund.
- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the booked places) will not be refunded.
Once the reservation has been processed, changes to the check-in or check-out date are only allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
