We will manage the schedules once the reservation is made according to the availability and needs of the client.
It is advisable to be there at least 10 minutes before the start of the visits.
Percentage required: 100%
100% of the total amount of the reservation will be required by credit or debit card at the time of booking.
The reservation will not be effective until the actual availability of the package is checked. In the event that there is no availability, we will refund the amount of your reservation.
Once the reservation has been made effective and 100% has been paid, cancellation by the client may entail the refund of part of the money paid, depending on when it occurs:
- Up to 2 weeks before: 50% refund.
- Up to 1 week before: 25% refund.
- During the last 7 days: No refund.
- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the booked places) will not be refunded.
