100% of the total amount of the reservation will be required by POS (credit or debit card) at the time of booking.
The reservation will not be really effective until the actual availability of the package is checked. In the event that there is no availability, we will refund the amount of your reservation.
Once the reservation has been made and Once 100% has been paid, cancellation by the client may result in the refund of part of the money paid, depending on when it occurs:
- Up to 2 weeks before: 50% refund.
- Up to 1 week before: 25% refund.
- During the last 7 days: No refund.
- Partial cancellations (cancellation of any of the booked places) will not be refunded.
